Arcana has been growing the finest, healthiest organic plants in our greenhouses for 18 years. Anne Mueller was a pioneer in organic greenhouse management when she graduated from the University of Vermont. Being told that it was impossible to manage a greenhouse organically, Anne was determined to make it work. Her dedication to health and quality, and her love of varietal diversity have guided Arcana’s nursery collection to boast some of the greatest selection in organic plants for gardeners in the region. Today, people come from all over New England for our annual vegetable and flower seedlings, our extensive medicinal and culinary herb collection, and perennials nursery.

Vegetable Seedlings
Each year we grow over 150 varieties of tomatoes, almost as many varieties of peppers, extensive eggplant, boasting the greatest diversity in the state. We always grow your favorite heirloom varieties, and every blight resistant strain we can identify. Plus everything a New England Vegetable garden deserves and more! Pepper plants will be available for sale May 18th, and Tomatoes will be available for sale starting May 25th. 2013 Eggplant List is available.
