Rain Garden Plants Collection

Our growing raingarden plant collection has over 30 species which can tolerate both moist and dry conditions.  Our collection is focused on plants which are native, beautiful, or have some ecological value, such as habitat or nectar and pollen.  We also have an onsite raingarden which demonstrates effective stormwater management off the roof of our greenhouse with some of our favorite raingarden plants.  Ask our staff about it when you visit.

Visit the Winooski Natural Resources Conservation District for a copy of the manual and more information about rain garden plants.
